    What is the different from the normal yoga and prenatal yoga? Is it much lighter movement compared to the normal steps? I am about to gave this link to my friend who is 2 mos pregnant.
    Is that your baby above the header? She is adorable :)

      Hi Shane,
      Nice of you to care for your pregnant friend. Do refer her to us and we can answer any questions she may have. Prenatal Yoga is much suited to pregnancy as there are many contra-indications a pregnant yoga student should avoid in a regular class. She should only start practicing from her Trimester 2 when her pregnancy is well established.
